We’re all waiting for some sort of new genuine music to come from the genuine soul of Adele. Now I’m all for taking time to perfect an album! Hell, The Avalanches have been doing that for about 10 years now, and Dr. Amy Winehouse is dead, and quite honestly there’s no one else with as much soul as you, so we’ve been looking to you to be our soul-pop saviour, but come on, even Kendrick Lamar and Kanye West have teased us with songs to give us an idea of what their new projects MIGHT sound like… We’ve heard nothing aside from a general tweet saying 25 was supposed to be out this year. Now, I could go on and on with a paragraph about why this last disc may or may not become the band’s magnum opus, but let’s just look at this pic of MC Ride…Īdele, we’ve been waiting for 4 years now. As the first year of Soapbox Magazine comes to a close, we want to look into the future and talk about what we here believe are the top 10 most anticipated releases of 2015.
