I don't consider it an "improvement" because by changing to 365, instead of paying $15 once, you are now paying 3 or 6 TIMES as much EVERY year, "forever" to use the HUP. With the old HUP you lost the right to use the HUP license after you left the employer. Now, as long as Recurring billing is turned on you can continue to pay the HUP price even after you leave the employer. In order to continue getting the discount when subscription is renewed you MUST turn on “ Recurring Billing” option. The HUP was (dis)"improved) to only give you a 30% discount on subscription price of 365 Family or Personal. ![]() ![]() (You don't actually "buy" 365, you only rent it). In theory there should be a link or instructions in the email to tell you how to "buy" it. ![]() I don't know the specifics of doing that. After you get confirmation your company is eligible for HUP you have to actually pay to rent it.
